Many trophies are oversized shipping items, as such they need to be packaged one per box. If you are interested in purchasing multiples of a trophy, please Contact Us for more information and specific costs.
The Car Show Store has easy online ordering! Just go to the product page for the item that you would like to buy, and click on the “Buy” button, you can adjust the quantity. In the engraving instructions field, please add your desired text for engraving or email us directly at [email protected].

Orders may be cancelled before engraving or production has begun without penalty. If engraving and/or production has already started, there will be a cancellation fee proportional to the amount of the order completed.

Sales tax is collected for orders from residents of Arizona only, the current rate for Arizona residents is 8.05%.

If an order arrives incorrect or if there is an error, we will make every effort to correct the item. If the problem is due to The Car Show Store error, we will send new engraving and/or awards as soon as possible and will attempt to make delivery in time for your event. If the problem is due to customer error, we will correct the error for a redo fee plus shipping cost.

We have a minimum charge of $15.00 for all orders. Some items, have a minimum quantity to order, these are stated in the product description of those products.

In general, if an item appears on our website it is in stock. We will contact customers immediately if an item is no longer available. Close-out items may be subject to limited quantities and are not guaranteed to be in-stock.

Our standard production time varies seasonally, but is usually 3 business days for most items. If an item has a longer production time, it will be stated on the product description page.

If you need your items faster than our standard production time, we do offer rush production service for a fee. Expedited shipping is also available to you at the time of checkout. Please contact Customer Service to ensure timely delivery of your items.

Yes, you can prepay with a check or money order. We will not begin production on any order until payment is received and has cleared the bank. Please contact us if you would like more information on using this method of payment.

Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number directly from the carrier. Be sure to check your spam files in case it may be sent there. Emails are sent to the address you provide when you placed your order.

If your order arrives damaged you will need to contact the carrier who will then inform us. The Car Show Store will not be responsible for damage caused by shipping companies. Please call Customer Service for assistance with any problems.
