Once a digital proof has been sent, engraving will not be performed until the proof has been returned with written authorization to proceed. For this reason, proofs may delay the shipment of your order. Your order will be shipped within three working days following receipt of approval of the proof. Approval must be given via a returned email with expressed authorization to proceed, verbal approval (i.e. over phone) will not be accepted.
