We use state of the art technology to import engraving information directly into our engraving machines. For engraving information that is submitted through our website, we guarantee that the information will arrive to you exactly as submitted, although it may be re-formatted to look nice on your awards. Although every effort will be made to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of engraving that is not submitted either via our website or through an email.

We offer free engraving on nearly all our products. In rare instances, there may charge a set-up fee if your text exceeds the engraving space available or unusable artwork is submitted.

Engraving information is submitted online on the product’s page, look for the text box labeled “Engraving Instructions” near the Add To Cart Button. Engraving information and logos can also be emailed directly to [email protected] be sure to reference your order number on the invoice when you purchased your awards. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of engraving that is not submitted electronically, as such it is company policy that we will not accept engraving information over the phone.

Yes, we have an engraving staff with years of experience, and we use the highest quality engraving materials and state of the art engraving technology to create beautiful results. We are confident that you will be amazed with the engraving quality of the awards that you order. Unless instructed otherwise, our engravers will center all engraving text.

Because our engraving is free, we do not “count characters”. Each item has an allowable number of free lines of engraving based upon the size of the item. In general, a line of engraving will accommodate about 25 characters. We will make every effort to accommodate whatever engraving you would like on an item.

A free digital proof is provided only for orders over $500; otherwise a fee is charged for proofs. Please email [email protected] for more information. Once a digital proof has been sent, engraving will not be performed until the proof has been returned with written authorization to proceed. For this reason, proofs may delay the shipment of your order. Your order will be shipped within three working days following receipt of approval of the proof. Approval must be given via a returned email with expressed authorization to proceed, verbal approval (i.e. over phone) will not be accepted.

If the problem is due to The Car Show Store error, we will send new engraving and/or award as soon as possible. If the problem is due to a customer error, we will correct the error for a redo fee plus shipping cost.

In general, engraving requires high resolution vector art file formats such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw or .eps. The Car Show Store can use .jpg, .png  or .gif files pending approval from our art department. The quality of your logo on the finished product will be directly related to the artwork you provide. Please make every effort to provide us with high quality digital artwork.

Ordering

The Car Show Store has easy online ordering! Just go to the product page for the item that you would like to buy, and click on the “Buy” button, you can adjust the quantity. In the engraving instructions field, please add your desired text for engraving or email us directly at [email protected].

Orders may be cancelled before engraving or production has begun without penalty. If engraving and/or production has already started, there will be a cancellation fee proportional to the amount of the order completed.

Sales tax is collected for orders from residents of Arizona only, the current rate for Arizona residents is 8.05%.

If an order arrives incorrect or if there is an error, we will make every effort to correct the item.  If the problem is due to The Car Show Store error, we will send new engraving and/or awards as soon as possible and will attempt to make delivery in time for your event. We have a minimum charge of $15.00 for all orders. Some items, have a minimum quantity to order, these are stated in the product description of those products.

In general, if an item appears on our website it is in stock. We will contact customers immediately if an item is no longer available. Close-out items may be subject to limited quantities and are not guaranteed to be in-stock.

Our standard production time varies seasonally, but is usually 3 business days for most items. If an item has a longer production time, it will be stated on the product description page.

Returns

To return merchandise for refund or replacement, written/email permission must be obtained in advance. Engraved trophies, medals, plaques, crystal, acrylic, and custom items cannot be returned. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge and an engraving fee, if applicable.
